Built by Teachers for Teachers.
Campus Without Walls connects teacher to teacher and allows you to share ideas beyond the four walls of your classroom!
For Lead Teachers
Are you an expert teacher with experience in culturally-relevant, project-based learning? Our All-Star Lead Teachers open up a mini-unit in their curriculum for other teachers and their students to shadow. They receive a $3-5K stipend, earn professional development points, and take part in a professional learning community!
How it Works
We identify Lead Teachers
1
CWW identifies talented Lead Teachers across Massachusetts in district public, charter, parochial, and private schools. These All-Star Lead Teachers are all committed to culturally responsive, project-based learning, have a high bar for rigor, and have a proven track record of delivering fun, engaging lessons for middle and high school students. Lead Teachers take part in a vibrant professional learning community and also receive a $3-5k stipend!
2
Next, Lead Teachers identify their most exciting thematic units
Our Lead Teachers identify 6-12 week-long thematic units in their existing curriculum. These units are shared with Teacher Fellows and their students for FREE! Teacher Fellows receive weekly coaching and ongoing support from one of our amazing Lead Teachers to implement the lessons in their classrooms. Teacher Fellows can also earn professional development points (PDPs) through participation in Campus Without Walls.

Lastly, we connect teacher to teacher and classroom to classroom
The Lead Teachers’ and Teacher Fellows’ classrooms are now connected asynchronously. Participants throughout Massachusetts are now learning in a Campus Without Walls! Check out our course catalog and sign up for a Campus Without Walls course today!
